Introducing The CoLab

What is the Collaboratory?

Lincoln Library's first tech and textile lab.

What technology is in the CoLab?

The 900 square foot space on the 3rd floor features:

  • Dremel DigiLab 3D printer
  • Revopoint mini 3D scanner
  • Cricut Machines
  • Sewing and embroidery machines
  • Podcast recording equipment
  • And more!

How do I use the CoLab?

Programs will include classes for beginners as well as project-based programs that can help more experienced makers hone their skills. Equipment will not be able to be checked out and a library card is not required, but users must sign a waiver in order to use the space.

 

What are the open hours for the CoLab?

  • Mondays from 10am to 2pm
  • Tuesdays from 10am to 2pm
  • Wednesdays from 3pm to 7pm
  • We also have open hours every third Saturday of the month from 10am to 2pm.
