Black History Paint Party

Art and drawing are known to be great methods to help reduce stress. And that’s exactly what the Paint pARTy is all about! Michelle provides each guest with a pre-drawn image for the evening, selected by the party’s host/hostess, and guides each guest individually along a journey of relaxation, creativity and FUN. A demo canvas is provided to see what Michelle’s final painting looks like, but each guest will be strongly encouraged to follow their own path to completion.  Questions are encouraged during the session, and the floor is open to any question about art, as well as Michelle’s artistic journey itself. 

Michelle is an award-winning international artist whose medium is drawing. She creates, teaches, and curates when time allows.  She has worked with the Sangamon County Mural Advisory board, Ralph Lauren clothing, Illinois State Museum, The United Way of Central Illinois and more.
