Bill of Rights, Part 1

The Bill of Rights are the first ten amendments to the Constitution, added quickly after the original Constitution was ratified. It only took two years for everyone to realize that some important things had been left out, like individual rights.

There has been a debate about what these rights mean ever since.

Does the entire Grand Jury have to be present when the Bill of Indictment is signed? What exactly is a "well-regulated militia"? Is hate speech free speech? Who decides whether the speech is hateful? If the police knock on your door, do you have to answer? When do you have to invoke your right to remain silent?

What rights should have been included but weren't?
