This month's flaw: The Electoral College

It seemed like a good idea at the time, but over the course of our history, the Electoral College has created more than a few issues. People feel like their voices aren't heard because if you're not in a swing state your vote is unimportant. If you are in a swing state, you're so sick of the candidates' voices that you can't wait for Election Day to be over.

From unrepresentative democracy to hanging chads, the list of problems feels endless.
