Civil Civics 2025 Summer Series Wrap Up: "Echoes of the Past: Freedom on Trial"

Join us as we watch and discuss three short films from the "Liberty on Trial: Cases that Defined Freedom" series that still resonate today. "Two Slave Trials" examines the Fugitive Slave Act, which has recently been used to empower ICE. "The Trial of John T.
