This week, we'll be watching episode 14, "Wisconsin v. Yoder", and episode 9, "Jehovah's Witnesses and Flag Salute Cases", examining parents' rights when it comes to educating their children. How much say should the government have in how we educate our children? How do you balance society's responsibility for the welfare of children with parents' rights to raise their children however they see fit?
