In this PNG Sewing Class, we'll show you how to work with thicker fabrics like canvas in order to create a sturdy and functional tote bag!

This program is intended for youth in grades 6-12 (Ages 11-18) and registration is required as there is limited seating. This workshop is a five part series on Tuesdays starting from April 8th to May 27th from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. While the skills taught in each subsequent session will build on the ones previous, attendance at all five sessions is not required. 

Funding for Project Next Generation is provided by the U.S. Institute of Museum and Library Services to the Secretary of State/Illinois State Library under the provisions of the Library Services and Technology Act (LSTA).
