For many people, the change of seasons can lead to “the winter blues,” feeling down. But for others, the coming of winter brings on feelings of depression, hopelessness, worthlessness, and even thoughts of suicide.

Up to 3% of the population suffer from Seasonal Affective Disorder, a form of depression affiliated with the change of seasons and the coming of cooler weather.

What causes it? What can you do about it? How can you help a loved one experiencing SAD?

Join Kathryn Yann, Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, December 3rd at 2:00pm for a discussion.
