Join us with Ashley Krstulovich, founder of WholeSelf Healing Yoga and Meditation, for a free community yoga class! Ashley has worked for years in the Springfield community as an advocate for yoga, meditation, and mindfulness. In her own words, "I aim to bring the benefits of yoga beyond the gyms and yoga studio walls and into the community, making it more accessible for all."
Whether you're new to yoga or have practiced for years, you are welcome to come take part in this class. Bring your own yoga mat if you have one-- we will have a limited number available to those who don't. When you register below, please let us know if you will need a yoga mat provided, so that we know how many we will need.
