The items in this collection focus on the early years of the Douglas Elementary School Parent Teacher Association – its formation, activities and membership – and are primarily from the 1940s and 1950s. The Douglas School PTA was formed in 1933. Douglas School was built on West Reynolds Street in 1917.
Library Closed Due to Inclement Weather
The library will be closed today, Saturday, December 13th due to the declared snow emergency. The Lincoln Library Alliance Book Sale scheduled for today has been postponed.
